Dating is rough. For those of you who are in the “dating pool” you know that to be true. As a stereotypical millennial who’s over committed, works too much and socializes during all my free time, when it comes to finding time to date I usually force myself to go feeling exhausted.  If it was up to me I’d bypass dating and eventually just have an arranged marriage, but because my family is absolutely insane (in the best possible way) they’d likely scare any potential suitor away. So, I’m dating. To properly prepare for my most recent dates, I headed to Walmart to purchase a few necessities (not the kind you’re thinking) to help me make it through each forced conversation. Have I mentioned that I just love dating?

Here is my suggested checklist for your next date, I’m sorry that I can’t guarantee you’ll have a good time or the guy will actually look like his online photo.

  1. Emergen-C. Life is busy, and overbooked so I rely on Emergen-C to help keep my energy and immune system on track. More Healthy Days, More Healthy Nights.
  2. Advil Liqui-Gels. I work out, I’m on my feet during the day, and I run most of my errands during the evening. When I finally sit down after a long day, I feel the aches and pains kick in and Advil becomes my BFF. Literally. It’s advanced liquid fast relief. Use as directed.
  3. ChapStick Total Hydration. I can’t stand dry skin or lips so I always keep ChapStick handy.  If I’m going out with a guy and I want to play it cool, I don’t pull out lipgloss I pull out ChapStick. It makes me seem totally approachable, right?! Also, it’s 100% Natural with omega 6 & 9, and visibly renews lips.

Dating is stressful, but shopping for date night necessities don’t have to be. So, allow me to navigate you through Walmart. After all, sometimes your mom can’t answer the phone when you’re calling to ask what aisle the Emergen-C would be found. Why it isn’t with the orange juice is beyond me! All of these items are found in the Pharmacy section. Advil is in the Pain & Fever Aisle, Emergen-C can be found with the vitamins or, like shown below, in the cold/flew section and ChapStick usually has it’s own end cap.
